Hello Dolls!

I just wanted to share my mini photo diary of my recent trip to Mexico. I try to go every year during the festival to visit my family and to give thanks to Senor San Jose for giving me and my family another year of life . When I travel I like to keep my outfits light and comfy and I will admit, I wore my vans most of the time. Makeup was also simple and light most days because it was still warm.

This weekend we collaborated with photographer and friend Khris outside the Pink Motel.  The Pink Motel is a Motel that dates back to the 50’s and is now a movie set.  Movies like Drive with Ryan Gosling were filmed there and many more. We would definitely say it is one of the land marks of The San Fernando Valley.

Welcome back dolls! So I will get straight to the point here…I am about to go through my closet and start taking out some pieces that I will no longer be wearing for fall. But before I do that I usually do some research online to see what I can keep for the season and what I can toss. The second step is to visualize or figure out what kind of pieces you are looking for. What do you absolutely NEED in your closet. Since I am considered plus size I like to already have in mind what I am looking for since we cant just walk into the petite section at forever and pick up whatever we want. (The struggle of being a curvy women right?). This time around I wanted to share some of my pointers since some of you have asked me on instagram. Last but not least, I like to try things on at the store. I know sometimes online shopping can be convenient but I like to know how something looks on before I purchase. Hey there my beautiful dolls! Last week we hung out in Long Beach just to get away for the weekend and this was my day casual outfit. I am a big fan of plaid but it can be a little tomboy if not dressed up. I was happy to come across this top because it is still trendy, girly, and affordable. I had to wear my hat again because that is my current fall obsession as well as skater skirts. Skater skirts compliment my body type so well because it hugs my waste and I highly suggest woman with a curvy body incorporate this in their fall wardrobes!

Hello Dolls! I apologize for the lack of posts but our computer was down and we just got it back. The good news is we got some cool posts coming your way! Can I begin with how excited I am for the fall. I know a lot of you are totally into the Summer and all but I am definitely more of a Fall/Winter gal. Even though Winter barely makes it to Cali, it is always fun to tone down the colors and layer up. I kept this look minimal because the skirt did all the talking.
