Pasadena Flea Market

Polka dots are a fun and timeless trend to wear. I decided to pick out this dress from G stage in small polka dot print because of my body frame. The smaller your body frame is, the more you might be able to get away with wearing big polka dots. If you are not comfortable wearing a full polka dot dress, an alternative is to have fun accessorizing a scarf, purse, flats, etc.

Wayfarer Sunglasses: Ray Bans (Similar Here)
Hamsa Necklace and Above the Knuckle Ring: Jewelry Holics (Here)
Lion Head Belt: Cotton On (Similar Here)
Black Jelly Sandals & Turquoise Necklace: H&M (Similar Here)
Neon Yellow Purse: Target (Similar Here)

I decided to accessories this vintage looking belt to make my waist look smaller and to add some character to the outfit. Can we please just focus for a second on this beautiful Hamsa necklace I picked up at the Rose Bowl Pasadena Flea Market from Jewelry Holics booth. Please make sure to check out their instagram and website for amazing jewelry pieces.

Not only was it my first time going to the Pasadena Flea Market, I was very excited to finally meet Melanee. I also had the pleasure of meeting local photographer Dennis from Dennis Renaissance  . It was nice getting to know more local bloggers.
I love to bargain shop and I picked up some really cute items from different booths for a steal. If you haven’t been to the Pasadena Flea Market, I highly suggest it. Everyone is friendly, the culture is beautiful and you might just spot someone famous (we saw Kat Von D).

For the second look, we decided to go for a more causal and fun look. Our personalities can sometimes shine though our outfits. Everyday it is something different and that is why we don’t have a specific style. Its important to have classic pieces in your wardrobe that you can dress up or down.
Mixing and matching pieces is something we do because it is important to budget ourselves. For example, all Jesal did was change his shoes and shirt to create a completely different appearance. Jesal decided to focus the look around his red loafers to go for a “nautical” look.

Kim is not afraid to take risks with her outfits as shown in this ensemble. You’d be surprised of the outfits you could create with new purchases and clothing you already own. She decided to pair this bright pink fringe top with a trendy leather skater skirt for an edgy approach.

We hope you enjoyed these two looks from “A Love Story” . We would love to know which look was your favorite and why.

Hey guys! This outfit literally has to be one of my favorites up to date because it can be worn during the day and it can transition to night time. Its simple, trendy and chic. I feel like any girl can pull off this look, if you don't like to wear heels, switch it up with some cute sandals.
I am obsessing over the Givenchy tee shirts and I feel like this top gives the same look without breaking the bank, i hate spending money on a cute trend! Bargain shop ladies!!
One last thing, Jesal and I LOVE Kanye West!! There will most likely be more Kanye inspired post titles coming your way.

Please don't be afraid to tell us what you think about our blog so far... we would love to hear your feedback. Thank you for stopping by.

Till Next Time,
